Student Achievement “Stella Awards”

The Stella Awards celebrate students who go above and beyond—those who consistently set a positive example and contribute meaningfully to life at St John’s Regional College.

Named after the Latin word stella, meaning “star,” the awards reflect our College motto: Virtus in astra tendit – Courage reaches for the stars. Stella Awards are given to students who demonstrate outstanding courage, courtesy, effort, and achievement across the following areas:

  • Academic Excellence
  • Leadership in Sport
  • Community Service
  • Cultural Endeavour
